Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with IT and business users to document and manage requirements in an Agile environment, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Capture and document business requirements for software development teams using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and user story elaboration
- Coordinate with stakeholders to validate requirements, manage risks, and deliver project documentation
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong background in conducting user interviews and facilitating requirement sessions
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
