Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document and manage requirements using Agile methodologies in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Facilitate user interviews and sessions to develop business process models and formal specifications
- Manage and coordinate requirements for various projects, ensuring alignment with Agile practices and stakeholder needs
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in JIRA tools and experience with large Agile software development projects
- Strong background in conducting independent research to resolve complex issues
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
