Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements, manage them in an ALM tool, and perform Agile requirement management activities, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements using an ALM tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and user story elaboration
- Coordinate with Systems Engineers and stakeholders to assess technical impacts and manage requirements across various projects
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Advanced experience with JIRA tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
