Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements in an Agile environment while managing requirements in an ALM tool remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development projects
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and formal specifications
- Support Agile methodology by delivering requirements and facilitating backlog refinement sessions
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools for requirements management
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with large Agile software development projects
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
