Senior Functional Analyst
Job Summary
To support software development teams, the fully remote Senior Functional Analyst will lead the capture of business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform Agile requirements management activities and analyze user needs for functional and technical requirements
- Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and formal specifications
- Manage and coordinate requirements for various projects while facilitating backlog refinement sessions
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in engineering or a related scientific/technical discipline with ten years of experience, or ten years of additional relevant experience in lieu of education
- Strong experience in requirements elaboration and acceptance criteria development
- Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably with SAFe methodologies
- Proficiency with JIRA tools and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency and ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
