Senior Functional Consultant

Job Summary

Senior Functional Consultant is a full-time position responsible for leading ERP migrations, conducting functional discovery, fit-gap analysis, and ensuring alignment between customer processes and Kinetic ERP best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional discovery workshops and perform fit-gap analysis for Kinetic migrations
• Configure Kinetic modules and validate setups for cloud-to-cloud and on-prem to cloud scenarios
• Provide functional leadership for data migration validation and support change management during UAT and go-live

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of ERP functional consulting experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Kinetic ERP implementations or migrations
• Deep functional knowledge of Kinetic modules and end-to-end business flows
• Proven experience supporting cloud-to-cloud and on-prem to cloud ERP migrations
• Kinetic Functional Certification or relevant domain certifications preferred
