Senior Functional Consultant

Job Summary

To lead critical ERP migration initiatives, the remote Senior Functional Consultant will manage functional discovery, fit-gap analysis, configuration, and validation while acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional discovery workshops and perform fit-gap analysis for ERP processes
• Configure ERP modules and validate setups for migration scenarios
• Provide functional leadership for data migration validation and support change management activities

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of ERP functional consulting experience, particularly in migration projects
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP implementations and cloud migrations
• Deep functional knowledge of ERP modules and end-to-end business processes
• Proven documentation skills, including Functional Requirements Documents and validation reports
• Preferred certifications in ERP Functional, Manufacturing or Finance domains, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
