Senior Functional Consultant

Job Summary

To support a transformative approach in enterprise planning, the full-time Senior Functional Consultant will manage solution usability, resolve customer issues, and configure the o9 platform while working remotely from various locations in Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of industry best practices and ensure solution usability by resolving customer issues promptly
• Configure the o9 platform based on change requests and deliver enhancements to address supply chain challenges
• Support training for Super Users and End Users, while actively improving internal processes based on customer feedback

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in implementing supply chain demand planning applications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field
• Familiarity with SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar languages; experience with statistical and optimization tools is desirable
• Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including Demand Management and S&OP
• Strong analytical skills to process large data sets and prioritize high-value opportunities
