Senior Functional Leader, Data Management

Job Summary

To ensure controlled and scalable operations, the full-time remote Senior Functional Leader, Data Management will govern metadata, oversee data conversion processes, and manage system configuration changes across Integrated Services Management platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern metadata and system behavior across workflows, ensuring consistent and controlled operations
• Lead end-to-end data conversion activities, partnering with regions for data assessment, cleansing, and mapping
• Manage the governance of system configuration changes, ensuring all modifications are evaluated for impact and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• 7+ years of experience in cross-functional operations supporting IT projects, particularly in Data Conversion and Master Data Management (MDM)
• Proven experience leading MDM and data conversion for large-scale ERP or Salesforce transformations
• Strong understanding of customer, intercompany, and vendor data domains
• Ability to collaborate with Data Lake/Analytics teams to maintain KPI continuity during system transitions
