Senior Functional Manager (ARIS)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Functional Manager (ARIS).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership and oversight for ARIS capabilities under the ACES FoS contract
• Serve as the primary functional point of contact between government stakeholders, program management, and technical teams
• Translate operational and mission needs into clear functional requirements and priorities

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience supporting enterprise or mission-critical information systems
• 5+ years in a senior functional manager, requirements, or business systems leadership role
• Demonstrated experience providing Tier II helpdesk support and direct end-user interaction
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex applications, data, and workflow issues
• Active security clearance required
