Senior Fund Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Fund Accountant with Investran experience to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fund accounting, NAVs, financial statements, and investor reporting
• Use Investran to oversee accounting workflows, investment tracking, and reconciliations
• Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors on K-1s, filings, and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CFA a plus)
• 3+ years of fund accounting experience, preferably in private equity or asset management
• Proficiency in Investran is required
• Strong grasp of GAAP, fund structures (LPs/SPVs), and regulatory requirements
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling
