Senior Fund Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Fund Accountant - Investment Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily NAV validation, reconciliation processes, and high-volume trade activity
• Own components of the monthly and quarterly financial close and prepare financial statements
• Lead audit preparation, strengthen internal controls, and support evolving reporting requirements

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of fund accounting or financial reporting experience within investment management
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, fund structures, and financial instruments
• Experience with NAV calculations, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Experience with annual audits and preparing detailed support schedules
• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
