Senior Fund Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Fund Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain accuracy in key reporting, including financial statements and tax compliance
• Oversee daily and monthly reconciliations and maintain the internal accounting system
• Mentor junior Fund Accountants and drive process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hedge fund, public accounting, or fund administration
• Thorough understanding of financial reporting for investment management funds
• Experience with enterprise-level accounting software (e.g., VPM, Geneva, Arcesium)
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
• Authorization to work in the United States
