Senior Fund Administrator

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time Senior Fund Administrator will guide the administration of various ETFs, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance, training, and development for staff administrators
• Assist in managing daily fund accounting oversight, including NAV review
• Coordinate with third-party service providers to support fund operations

Required qualifications

• Five to seven years of related work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; MBA is desirable
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Experience in fund administration, ETF operations, or financial services
• Specific knowledge of SEC regulatory requirements for funds is required
