Senior Fundraising Systems Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of automated fundraising systems, the full-time Senior Fundraising Systems Manager will design and implement data workflows, manage donor engagement strategies, and build AI-powered automations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for donor data and CRM systems, evaluating and building new tools to enhance fundraising efforts
• Build and maintain AI-powered automations to support daily fundraising activities, identifying processes for automation
• Translate fundraising leadership needs into effective systems, collaborating with front-line fundraisers to optimize workflows

Required qualifications

• Proven experience building data/CRM systems from scratch, rather than just administering existing ones
• Depth of experience with AI tools and automation connectors, with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• A hands-on generalist approach, comfortable with data wrangling and system design
• 3-5 years of major donor fundraising experience with the ability to translate fundraising concepts into actionable tools
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and systematize complex internal processes
