Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Game Designer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and pitch new game ideas and mechanics tailored to casino and card game markets
- Collaborate with Asia-based stakeholders to gather requirements and refine game concepts
- Design engaging and mathematically sound game mechanics, optimizing for player engagement and retention
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in game design, particularly in casino, card games, or iGaming
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (spoken & written) is mandatory
- Deep understanding of casino game mechanics and card games
- Experience in game balancing, RTP calculations, and monetization models
- Proficiency in game design tools such as Figma, Miro, Unity, or similar is a plus
