A company is looking for a Senior Roblox Game Designer to create engaging UGC games and interactive experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define creative vision and design gameplay systems to enhance player engagement and monetization

• Architect live ops systems and optimize monetization strategies based on player behavior and analytics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle game design experience, preferably in UGC or mobile environments
• Expertise in gameplay system design, monetization strategies, and live ops management
• Strong understanding of player behavior and ability to craft engaging player experiences
• Experience with Roblox development pipelines and monetization systems is highly preferred
• Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
