Senior Game Development Producer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Codev Producer will manage external and co-development relationships to create a significant portion of a new IP, focusing on production planning, project tracking, and collaboration with partners to ensure sustainable development processes.

Key responsibilities

• Create and advocate for clear and realistic production plans
• Track and manage progress against overall project schedules and budgets
• Establish production pipelines and processes for co-development and external development engagements

Required qualifications

• Proven game development experience in a production role
• Experience working closely with external development partners
• Proficient in JIRA, Excel, Confluence, Shotgrid, or equivalent production tools
• Experience working on a live game ("games as a service")
• Commitment to the principles of servant leadership
