Key Responsibilities

• Shepherd a game from pre-production to ship by supporting a collaborative team and facilitating Agile processes
• Work with game leadership to strategize development phases and ensure alignment on creative goals
• Manage the game's product backlog and run effective meetings to define next steps

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of professional experience as a game producer in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Advanced skills in project management, prioritization, and multitasking
• Experience with task management/defect tracking tools, preferably JIRA
• Ability to identify production risks early and mitigate them effectively
• Experience mentoring junior producers and fostering a positive team environment
