Job Summary

To oversee the completion of an undisclosed project, the remote Senior Game Producer will manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while promoting effective communication and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a multidisciplinary team to meet project milestones
• Monitor project budgets and resource needs, adjusting forecasts as necessary
• Communicate project progress to management and clients, ensuring accountability among team members

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a production role managing cross-functional teams
• Expertise in production methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Shotgun, Excel)
• Deep understanding of game development and project management practices
• Experience shipping AA and/or AAA titles from start to finish
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, creative approach to challenges
