Senior Game Producer

Job Summary

Driving the reliable, on-time delivery of features for one of the world's top-performing mobile games, the full-time remote Senior Game Producer will manage day-to-day production for two development teams, ensuring effective sprint execution and stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day production management, including running sprints, stand-ups, and reviews to keep teams focused and performing at their best
• Drive predictable feature delivery by building and maintaining a realistic production plan, tracking progress, and holding the team accountable
• Keep all stakeholders informed and aligned by clearly reporting project status and flagging potential blockers early

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in game development with 3+ years in hands-on production roles
• Proven pre-production planning experience, including building production plans and negotiating timelines
• Strong project delivery track record with experience in shipping features under pressure
• Solid command of production tools and methodologies, particularly agile and sprint-based workflows
• Experience working on live service or commercially scaled games
