Senior Game Producer, Live Operations

Job Summary

Driving the planning and execution of live operations and content initiatives, the full-time Senior Game Producer, Live Operations will manage complex schedules, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of game-ready assets while working in a flexible hybrid environment based in Seoul.

Key responsibilities

• Lead production planning and execution across live operations and content initiatives
• Collaborate with development, production, and publishing teams to manage schedules, dependencies, and risks
• Support operational workflows, including live game updates and service maintenance, in partnership with external vendors

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of production experience in game development, focusing on live operations or ongoing game service support
• Proven experience working with engineers and cross-functional teams to manage complexity and drive projects to completion
• Strong ability to anticipate risks and create plans to minimize production impact
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
