Senior Gameplay Programmer

Job Summary

A company in the gaming industry is seeking a Senior Gameplay Programmer.

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design and art teams to create polished gameplay features
• Develop gameplay frameworks for rapid content creation
• Prototype features to explore and solidify gameplay ideas and write high-quality maintainable code

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of game development experience with 2 years in Unreal Engine
• Excellent C++ skills, able to write and maintain blueprints mixed with C++ code
• Ability to write gameplay features using Unreal's Gameplay Ability System
• Experience writing multiplayer code and good knowledge of Unreal's replication system
• Experience creating third-person combat systems (both melee and ranged)
