Job Summary

Leading brand marketing for multiple high-profile game franchises, the full-time Senior Games Marketing Manager will create and manage global marketing plans aimed at driving player acquisition, engagement, and retention while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing marketing budgets.

Key responsibilities
  • Set overall marketing strategy for the entire lifecycle of game products, from greenlight to post-launch
  • Collaborate with consumer insights and analytics teams to assess player needs and refine marketing tactics
  • Partner with studio leadership to align marketing efforts with overall business goals for each game
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in video game product marketing, particularly in live services and AAA games
  • Marketing degree or equivalent; a Master's Degree is preferred
  • Proven expertise in planning and executing business plans
  • Experience in assessing and building new business models focused on player engagement
  • Fluency in English; bilingual fluency in Japanese is preferred
