Senior Gas Turbine Controls Engineer

Job Summary

To support advanced control system solutions for gas turbine applications, the full-time remote Senior Gas Turbine Controls Engineer will provide technical leadership throughout the controls software lifecycle, overseeing design, development, and validation while mentoring engineering teams and ensuring project requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, execution, and validation of Gas Turbine Controls software to meet project requirements
• Provide technical direction and mentoring to controls software engineers across various programs
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in controls development on the Mark VIe platform
• Strong expertise in Gas Turbine and Combined Cycle Controls
• Proven ability to lead teams through software development and technical problem-solving
• Experience working in a global, matrixed environment
