Senior GCP Operations Architect
Job Summary
To support a mission-critical aviation platform, the remote Senior GCP Operations Architect will provide architectural guidance and operational expertise across GCP infrastructure, security, and automation while collaborating with technical advisors and customer operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on GCP networking, compute, security, and storage services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical escalations and Tier 3 troubleshooting across cloud infrastructure
- Assess and strengthen day-two operational readiness, including troubleshooting procedures and disaster recovery protocols
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in cloud operations
- Extensive experience with production environments in Google Cloud
- Strong knowledge of GCP services, including networking and security
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and CI/CD integration
- Experience in conducting root cause analysis and developing corrective actions
