Senior General Liability Adjuster

Job Summary

Managing a diverse portfolio of General Liability claims, the full-time Senior General Liability Adjuster will focus on coverage analysis, claims investigation, and strategic resolution while working fully remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct coverage analysis for various General Liability policies and draft coverage position letters
• Investigate claims involving bodily injury, property damage, and premises liability, coordinating with relevant parties to evaluate exposures
• Negotiate settlements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience handling General Liability claims
• Active adjuster licenses with a willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed
• Strong background in managing bodily injury and property damage claims
• Experience issuing coverage positions and managing a full caseload independently
• Demonstrated analytical and negotiation skills
