Job Summary
Managing an active desk of litigated and complex general liability claims, the full-time Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster will analyze coverage issues, manage litigation strategy, and communicate with various parties while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manages business owner liability claims, including litigated and complex cases
- Analyzes coverage issues and evaluates new loss notices and claim tenders
- Collaborates on setting reserves and documents claim files according to established guidelines
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree required; CPCU or other industry designation is a plus
- 5+ years of prior general liability claims adjusting experience preferred
- Experience in litigated liability bodily injury claims is essential
- State adjuster license(s) is a plus
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and internet applications
