Senior General Liability Claims Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior General Liability Claims Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and adjust a wide range of general liability claims
• Provide support for attorney-represented pre-litigation claims and assist with investigations and regulatory matters
• Handle all aspects of claim management including customer service, investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and administration

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a general liability claims analyst/examiner
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in customer service
• Knowledge of tort, contract/indemnity, and insurance issues
• Prior experience with self-insured, self-administered employers preferred
• Strong computer skills with a general understanding of Microsoft Office and claims management systems
