Senior General Liability Claims Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior General Liability Claims Analyst to manage and adjust a variety of general liability claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and adjust general liability claims, including customer injury, property damage, and product liability matters
• Handle all aspects of claim management, including investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and administration
• Support attorney-represented pre-litigation claims and assist with various claims-related investigations and regulatory matters

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a general liability claims analyst/examiner
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in customer service
• Knowledge of tort, contract/indemnity, and insurance issues, along with medical and legal terminology
• Prior experience with self-insured, self-administered employers preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems
