Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior General Liability Claims Analyst to manage and adjust a variety of general liability claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and adjust general liability claims, including customer injury, property damage, and product liability matters
- Handle all aspects of claim management, including investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and administration
- Support attorney-represented pre-litigation claims and assist with various claims-related investigations and regulatory matters
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a general liability claims analyst/examiner
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in customer service
- Knowledge of tort, contract/indemnity, and insurance issues, along with medical and legal terminology
- Prior experience with self-insured, self-administered employers preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems
