Senior Genesys Architect

Job Summary

To design and deliver customer experience solutions, the full-time Senior Genesys Architect will facilitate JAD sessions, define technical requirements, and lead implementation activities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate JAD sessions with customers to gather requirements
• Design and architect CTI-based solutions while leading a team of engineers
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience with Genesys Routing solutions
• Proficiency in Genesys Reporting and Genesys Voice Portal
• Experience with Genesys SIP Server and Genesys eServices
• Hands-on experience with Genesys installation, configuration, and development
• Ability to mentor other technical team members
