Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Genesys Cloud CX Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop omnichannel contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud CX
Build and optimize IVR flows, routing strategies, and self-service solutions
Integrate Genesys Cloud with CRM systems and develop CTI integrations

Required Qualifications

Strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX and contact center technologies
Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Node.js, and REST APIs
Experience with API integrations and cloud platforms, preferably AWS
8+ years of experience in contact center technologies
Proven experience delivering large-scale Genesys Cloud implementations
