Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Genesys Cloud CX Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop omnichannel contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud CX
- Build and optimize IVR flows, routing strategies, and self-service solutions
- Integrate Genesys Cloud with CRM systems and collaborate with various teams for seamless delivery
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX, including Architect and APIs
- Hands-on experience with IVR, ACD, routing, and contact center concepts
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Node.js, REST APIs, and JSON
- Experience with API integrations and cloud platforms, preferably AWS
- 8+ years of overall experience in contact center technologies
