Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Genesys Cloud CX Developer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop omnichannel contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud CX
  • Build and optimize IVR flows, routing strategies, and self-service solutions
  • Integrate Genesys Cloud with CRM systems and collaborate with various teams for seamless delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX, including Architect and APIs
  • Hands-on experience with IVR, ACD, routing, and contact center concepts
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Node.js, REST APIs, and JSON
  • Experience with API integrations and cloud platforms, preferably AWS
  • 8+ years of overall experience in contact center technologies
