Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact, providing consultancy on Genesys solutions
- Design and deliver advanced technical solutions for Genesys Cloud projects, including technical workshops and design specifications
- Lead the planning and execution of new contact center technology deployments and system upgrades
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in maintaining and optimizing complex contact center environments
- 5+ years of experience in developing and supporting Genesys Cloud solutions
- Proven track record in managing routing and IVR workflows using the Genesys Architect tool
- In-depth knowledge of infrastructure planning and system lifecycle management
- Comprehensive understanding of SIP infrastructure and related technologies
