Senior Genesys Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Genesys Engineer to manage and support telephony systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Genesys Cloud and Avaya Aura suite including various components
• Integrate Genesys with Oracle Session Border Controller and Microsoft Teams Calling
• Implement and monitor voice security and fraud detection mechanisms

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Voice Technologies
• Proven expertise in managing Avaya Aura suite of products
• Experience with Genesys Cloud and Oracle Session Border Controller
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Calling with Direct Routing
• Strong understanding of voice security and fraud detection
