Job Summary

Bridging scientific principles with market-ready data products, the full-time Senior Geospatial Scientist will conduct innovative analysis of electro-optical and infrared geospatial imagery data, develop prototype products, and engage with customers to identify mission needs, with options for remote work.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct scientific and technical analysis to formulate hypotheses for remote sensing applications and novel use cases
  • Analyze pixel-level geospatial and spectral datasets to extract insights and validate new mission concepts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new markets, products, and technologies
Required qualifications
  • B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Physics, Remote Sensing, Earth Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in geospatial research, analysis, and imagery data product development
  • Strong foundation in geospatial imagery analysis and physics-based remote sensing
  • Demonstrated proficiency in programming for advanced image processing and geospatial analysis
  • Proven experience working with geospatial tools and manipulating raw, pixel-level data
