Senior Gift Processing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Gift Processing Manager who will manage the gift processing team and ensure accurate and timely processing of private revenue transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis and reporting for the gift processing team, ensuring maintenance and accuracy of gift data
• Support ancillary teams and ensure compliance with gift processing guidelines while collaborating with finance for timely reconciliation
• Ensure legal standards and compliance with gift administration and tax policies, producing gift receipts and acknowledgment letters

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of gift processing or accounting experience, preferably in a non-profit development office
• Experience leading teams and managing direct reports
• Familiarity with fundraising database software, preferably Salesforce
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Experience working in complex environments with a high degree of organizational effectiveness
