Senior GIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior GIS & Data Analyst to drive broadband expansion through GIS and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Support state and federal broadband grant applications and reporting requirements
• Develop and maintain GIS datasets and produce high-quality maps for stakeholders
• Automate workflows and manage large datasets using Alteryx, SQL, and Python

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Data Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency with GIS software (ESRI ArcGIS Pro) and SQL (intermediate to expert level)
• Experience with Alteryx or similar ETL tools for workflow automation
• Strong background in data visualization using Power BI
• Familiarity with cloud database platforms (BigQuery, MS Fabric, or equivalent)
