Senior GIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Analyst to support federal customers with geospatial products and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytical, cartographic, and data management support to produce complex geospatial products
• Perform data conversion, migration, and exploitation using advanced processing techniques
• Assist with project planning, database design, and quality assurance for GIS applications

Required Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in GIS, with two years of direct analytical experience
• Experience in generating complex multi-layered maps and creating GIS web applications
• Knowledge of GIS technologies and their application in law enforcement and border enforcement
• Proficient in spatial data management and Esri Spatial Database Engine (SDE)
• Education: BS/BA in GIS, Geography, Cartography, or a related field
