Senior GIS Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior GIS Software Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain GIS applications for asset management workflows in the utility industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development teams to design, implement, test, and document technical solutions
• Collaborate with product owners and external stakeholders to define requirements and functionality
• Investigate and resolve defects or issues with developed solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or GIS with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience
• 8-10 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a four-year degree
• Experience with ESRI's Utility Network and Operations Dashboard
• Proficiency in technical skills such as C#, .NET, Python, and SQL Server
• Understanding of GIS concepts including Datum and Projection concepts
