Senior GIS Integration Engineer

Job Summary

Leading onboarding and implementation activities, the full-time Senior GIS Integration Engineer will work remotely to support customers and partners in deploying Geonexus integration platforms, ensuring successful operational adoption and technical troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and enablement activities for customers and partners, facilitating workshops and configuring integrations between ArcGIS and enterprise systems
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues, analyzing data mappings and system behavior in production environments
• Contribute to onboarding playbooks and knowledge base content while training and mentoring team members

Required qualifications

• 5+ years implementing enterprise software, GIS, or integration platforms
• Strong hands-on experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, geodatabases, and web services
• Direct experience integrating ArcGIS with enterprise systems (SAP, Maximo, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong SQL skills and troubleshooting experience across APIs and networking
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
