Senior GIS Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior GIS Technical Lead and Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority for GIS platforms and address data, ensuring system readiness and driving improvements
• Provide advanced GIS support and data mining to enhance open for sale areas and correct data anomalies
• Oversee design quality assurance and maintain documentation of data workflows while supporting cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in GIS within telecom, utilities, or infrastructure
• Mastery of ESRI ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar systems
• Strong understanding of fiber network architecture and construction workflows
• Proven expertise in reviewing and troubleshooting fiber designs
• Ability to solve complex data problems with minimal oversight
