Senior GIS Project Manager
Job Summary
Managing complex geospatial projects from initiation to closeout, the full-time Senior GIS Project Manager will coordinate technical teams, schedules, budgets, and customer communication while ensuring timely and quality delivery of GIS solutions in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage GIS projects and task orders from planning through implementation and closeout
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and project stakeholders
- Develop project plans, schedules, and coordinate technical resources and deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems, Geography, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of GIS, technology, or project-management experience
- Experience managing complex GIS or geospatial technology projects
- Strong knowledge of GIS project management and full-lifecycle geospatial solution delivery
- Experience with Esri platform tools such as ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Pro
