Senior GIS Software Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior GIS Software Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain GIS applications for asset management workflows in the utility industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and document technical solutions in collaboration with development teams
• Work with product owners and external stakeholders to define requirements and functionality
• Investigate and resolve defects or issues with developed solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or GIS with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience, or 8-10 years of experience without a degree
• Experience with ESRI's Utility Network and Operations Dashboard
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Oracle
• Familiarity with ArcGIS tools and technologies, including ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Pro
• Understanding of GIS concepts, including Datum and Projection concepts
