Senior GL Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior GL Accountant to manage financial close activities and ensure the integrity of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end month-end close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensure adherence to internal control frameworks and SOX-ready documentation standards
• Leverage NetSuite and integrated tools to streamline GL and close processes

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience with general ledger and corporate accounting processes
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system, ideally NetSuite
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
