Job Summary
To advance advocacy efforts in the Asia and Pacific region, the full-time Senior Global Advocacy Officer will design and implement strategies focused on sexual and reproductive health and rights, while leading anti-rights and anti-gender mitigation initiatives in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead anti-rights and anti-gender mitigation programming, providing strategic direction and coordinating efforts across multiple regions
- Produce knowledge and thought leadership on anti-rights movements, contributing to advocacy briefs and strategic analyses
- Represent the organization in regional advocacy forums, building relationships with key stakeholders to influence policy positions
Required qualifications
- Strong background in women's rights, sexual and reproductive health and rights, and social justice
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is desirable
- Demonstrated ability in policy analysis and independent thinking
- Experience in relationship building and networking with diverse stakeholders
- Commitment to feminist values and anti-racism, with a focus on intersectional and decolonial frameworks
