Senior Global Clinical Study Manager

Job Summary

Leading global cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Global Clinical Study Manager will oversee clinical study delivery within budget and timelines, ensuring quality and compliance for partnership programs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned clinical studies, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and effective decision-making
• Lead planning and execution of clinical studies from feasibility through closeout, including oversight of study timelines and resource allocation
• Monitor study activities for compliance with protocols and regulations, preparing teams for audits and implementing risk mitigation plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline; higher degree preferred
• 8 or more years of progressive experience in clinical research within the biotech, pharma, or CRO industry
• Proven project management experience in global clinical studies, preferably in oncology
• Advanced knowledge of clinical operations methodologies and clinical study processes
• Able to independently lead global clinical studies and manage external vendors effectively
