Job Summary
As a key member of the Total Rewards Center of Excellence, the full-time Senior Global Compensation Analyst will design and manage global compensation programs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness while working remotely in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Design, evaluate, and manage global compensation programs and frameworks aligned with the Total Rewards strategy
- Lead global benchmarking and market analysis to provide insights on compensation trends and ensure internal equity
- Develop and maintain compensation models and dashboards to support executive decision-making and enhance processes for scalability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in compensation and total rewards
- Demonstrated experience within a Total Rewards or Compensation Center of Excellence model
- Solid knowledge of global compensation across multiple regions
- Advanced Excel and modeling skills, along with experience using HRIS and compensation planning tools
