Job Summary

To support a high-growth global fintech company, the full-time Senior Global Compensation Lead will manage the design and implementation of compensation structures, partner with HR and business leaders, and provide market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of salary structures and compensation bands globally
  • Conduct market analyses and manage vendor relationships for market data to ensure competitive compensation practices
  • Support the design and administration of merit, bonus, and incentive programs while providing reporting and analytics for decision-making
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a global or high-growth technology/financial services company
  • Strong expertise in job architecture, market benchmarking, and compensation frameworks
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS/compensation tools
  • Experience influencing senior leadership in compensation decisions
  • Detail-oriented and organized, comfortable in both strategic and tactical roles
