Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Global Compensation Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive cross-functional Compensation and People Operations projects from start to finish
• Consult and collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and priorities
• Develop and implement innovative compensation programs and policies

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of compensation practices and theory
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
• Experience with Workday or other HRIS
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of designing and implementing pay & equity structures in global, publicly traded companies
